Frequently asked questions
How often should I schedule recurring cleaning?
Most Seattle homes choose bi-weekly. Families with kids, pets, or allergies often prefer weekly. Monthly is a great fit for tidier single professionals.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes — we assign a dedicated cleaner to your home and only swap during PTO or illness, and only after introducing the new team member.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Absolutely. Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice — inside 24 hours there's a $45 fee.
